Game Day & How to Secure Your Spot:
The official travel packages, which include a game ticket, are your best bet. It’s my understanding that game tickets will be available in early 2025 through the Iowa State Athletics ticket office, although I’m not sure how many will be available. The travel packages help pay for the players, the band, and other support members of the team.

Dublin is known for its warmth and hospitality, making it the perfect city for this epic showdown. And what better way to experience the city than surrounded by your fellow Cyclones?
Mixed Reviews:
It surprised me to read that the idea of playing “Farmagedden” across the pond had sparked some mixed feelings. Some fans seem puzzled by the decision, especially K-State, since they’ll lose a home game. Either way, Dublin is about to discover what college football is truly all about.
As one Reddit user hilariously said, “The European mind cannot comprehend what is about to unfold.” And frankly, I couldn’t agree more. This is our chance to show Dublin the passion, energy, and camaraderie that makes college football so special.
Another user mentioned, “I understand the logistical confusion on both sides here. That said, Dublin is about to find out EXACTLY what college football is all about. Personally, I’m STOKED to be heading to Dublin, where I’ll for sure be reminiscing about the good times on Welch Ave. (By the way….. is Paddy’s still around?) Flights:
When booking flights, I recommend going directly through the airline 99% of the time. I can’t remember the last time I booked using a third party. Flights usually become available about 330 days before departure, so watch out. I’ll update this post with recommended flights as soon as they’re available.

Given the game's excitement, Dublin hotels will likely fill up fast. If you’re not purchasing a package, I recommend booking your accommodations sooner than later. You can book hotels here to enjoy automatic VIP status, room upgrades, and exclusive amenities.
Last I checked, Dublin’s most luxurious five-star hotel, The Merrion, a proud member of The Leader Hotels of the World, still had some availability.
